About Us

Forging a National Collective for Legal Professionals

SikhAdvocates.com is a pioneering initiative dedicated to uniting Sikh advocates from across India on a single, transparent and community centric platform. We are proud to be developing the first of its kind definitive national directory, “Sikh Advocates of India.” This authoritative reference work is meticulously designed to interconnect all Sikh legal professionals from every jurisdiction through verified and standardized credentials.

The directory will feature comprehensive profiles, including names, photographs, enrolment numbers, specialized areas of practice, jurisdictional districts and professional contact information for participating advocates. Every entry will be curated in strict adherence to the Advocates Act of 1961, the Bar Council of India Rules and a permitted, uniform professional format. To maintain the highest standards of integrity, the directory will remain free from promotional content and direct solicitations for legal work, with the sole exception of listing established law firms.

Beyond serving as a professional ledger, this platform stands as a dynamic resource for the wider community and the NRIs. It is committed to showcasing Sikh representation, safeguarding rights, and enhancing visibility within the legal landscape in India. We are engaging distinguished legal experts, scholars and dedicated volunteers who are deeply committed to public service, pro bono initiatives and responsible discourse.

SikhAdvocates.com aims to provide authoritative guidance, credible information and a unified voice on critical issues from legal representation and heritage protection to youth empowerment. We are creating a dependable nexus for the community, the NRIs and the institutions that interact with it.

Furthermore, we are proud to announce that Sikh Advocates will host a premier annual get together, bringing together all members listed in the national directory to foster collegiality, discourse, and shared purpose.
